Lpow morale Creep

1.What is the plot of the video? i think the plot of video is a guy who is stuck in a depressing job and he hates his life.

2. What do you think of the technical quality of the video? The technical quality of the video was very good the animation went well with the song.

3. Was the message of the director/animator imparted clearly or not, and why? The message of the director was clear because of the song.

4. How effective was the choice of music to the story? The choice of music was very effective.

5. If you were the director, will you do the video differently? Or not? Explain how and why you would do it. If i was the director i wouldn’t had done anything different cause the video was really good

6. Can you relate (or not) to the character in the story? Why? Give an example based on your personal experience. No i can’t relate to the character in the story cause i would never work in a place that would depress all the time.

7. Do you agree (or not) to what happened to the character in the end? Please explain. I do agree of what happn at the end because there was no other way out for him.

8. If you were to make your own version, what do you think are the challenges that you are currently facing? The challenges i would face are the choice of music i would have, what will the character look like, and what type of animation would i have.

9. If you are facing low morale or burnout, how do you deal with it? I would go talk about it to someone to find out what should i do. I would also go see a therapist about it. Or i would play my video games to fell better.

bcat 7/18/08

Today at bcat was like every other day. We did another shoot at 10 for a producer. Everything went smooth we had no problems what so ever. We did a show with Senator Parker and two other guests. The Senator was really funny and down to earth. Later on today i am planning to movies to see the dark knight which should really be good. The whole next week i am not coming to bcat cause i’ll be in a different program at the time. So i’ll be back the week after.

LOggin, 07/07/08

Today at bcat i came in a 12:50 to help out with the shoot. The other interns left cause they had to go to a workshop on monday for 2. So when i got there they was already leaving. The producer didn’t come in yet so Jameer and I had to log in the videos that our councilor gave us. When we was logging in we had to write the time and what the person is doing. But it was kinda boring because the video wasn’t that interesting. But we was done, we went out and got lunch and now we are back at bcat waiting for the producer to show up. I hope she does because me staying late would be for nothing.

bcat 7/3/08

Today at bcat it was really fun the interns had a chance to use a camera and a tripod. Our councilor taught us how to set everything when we go out onto the field. At first when we went to the training studio everybody was quiet, but when we started rehearsing that when everybody talking about their ideas. I was stuck holding the mic for the audio. It might not seem important but without audio video wouldn’t be so good. The actors for the shoot were great. They knew the right thing to say to video seem good. Even though it took some of our actors longer to get ready than others. After we finish the story call saying no we finally did my sneaker commercial, and it turned out better than i thought. After we was done we was playing around with the camera having fun shooting ourselves. Today fell like it was a good day and i hope the next day is better.

Bcat 7/2/08

Today at bcat we learned how edit program called avid. A lot of editors who works in the movie industry uses that program. Even though i was here last year i learned a lot of new things about the program. We learned how to capture parts in a footage and to put what we capture with in other footages. I couldn’t do much with program cause my deck wasn’t working. Some of the other interns came up with some great videos with the tape they had. After lunch we came up to the media lab to talk about what we are going to do for tomorrow. Our guidance councilor came up with we should make a movie. At first i wasn’t too sure about the idea but we came up with some good stories for our movie. My idea was to make a sneaker commercial but the other interns wasn’t hype about it as me. Today turned out to be a cool day

1. The people at bcat are very informing and helpful. Bcat is a place where you can them working as a team to produce a show.

2. Last year at bcat i was floor manger and camera man.

3. The skills i have learned was how to blog, use a camera, and to find shows of bcat on the internet.

4. My expectation are to learn new thing on the computer, to work on alot more shows, and to get along with the other intern members.

5. I’m interning at bcat because i had i great time last year and i want to do it again.
